its ok to do what it takes to heal our trauma
Sometimes our trauma runs so deep it reaches our core. When it goes that deep we deal with autoimmune issues and other health issues. Its ok to be still, it's ok to need rest and allowing our bodies to do so, even if others don't understand. Our bodies are capable of fixing itself and rewiring the damage trauma caused us. Do what it takes to allow your body to heal itself, even if you have to disappear into a dense forest for awhile. You're worth healing, you matter. Its ok to be broken although you didn't deserve what others have done to you, but it's our responsibility to fix the aftermath. I believe in you and your healing. Don't lose yourself or your voice
